The Commercial Division of Tradewinds Construction assembles all types of buildings from wood frame and masonry structures to concrete tilt-up buildings. Completed buildings in our portfolio include sizes ranging from 5,000 to 100,000 square feet. commercial1.jpg

However, it is our commitment to the environment that makes us different. Tradewinds Construction is one of the first companies in Las Vegas to be LEED accredited by the U.S Green Building Council. We are taking the initiative to promote change within our industry to improve the quality of buildings and to encourage the adoption of green building practices.

Tradewinds construction has the ability to form a design/build team which allows our clients with a one-stop system for their project. Every aspect of the project from architectural design to tenant build-out is overseen by our in-house team.

Additionally, our General Contracting Division works closely with our sub-contracting divisions which are among the largest in Las Vegas. Tradewinds Construction has the distinct ability to perform many of the sub-contracting portions of a project, allowing for superior quality control and tighter completion schedules.
