Westwood Mechanical is a Plumbing and Mechanical sub-contracting division of Tradewinds Construction that was founded in January 2004. A signatory to Plumbers and Pipefitters, Local 525, Westwood Mechanical is headed up by Kevin Hartshorn, a third generation plumbing contractor with over 23 years experience as a foreman, general foreman, general superintendant and project manager for two of the largest plumbing and mechanical companies in Nevada. Westwood Mechanical completes plumbing and mechanical sub-contracts for many of the large commercial general contractors currently operating in Las Vegas. Westwood Mechanical is headquartered and managed from within the Tradewinds Construction office facility and includes a complete prefabrication facility for the copper and cast iron components necessary for high rise and large commercial construction.
