The General Contracting Division of Tradewinds Construction holds an Unlimited B General Contracting License and constructs all types of buildings from wood frame and stucco buildings, to masonry and concrete tilt up structures, as well as mid rise steel construction.
However, it is our commitment to the environment that makes us unique.Tradewinds Construction was the first contractor in Nevada to achieve LEED accreditation from the U.S Green Building Council. We are taking the initiative to promote change within our industry to improve the quality of buildings and encourage the adoption of green building practices.

Additionally, our General Contracting Division works closely with our sub-contracting divisions, which are among the largest in Las Vegas.
