ensures that our company delivers a higher level of safety competency. Because
of our outstanding safety record, we have exceptionally low workers comp
rates. This translates to providing our
clients with extremely competitive labor rates.
Paul Adamo-Safety
Director
Paul has
over 23 years experience in construction safety that includes an extensive
background in safety management for both industrial and commercial
construction. Paul has completed numerous OSHA training classes specializing in
Fall Protection, Scaffolding and General Safety for the construction type
environments. He also serves on the safety committees for both, Associated
Builders and Contractors, Southern Nevada Chapter, and Risk Service-Nevada.
Paul
brings to trade winds his experience of construction safety that includes a
comprehensive background in both Federal and State OSHA Construction
regulations. In addition, Paul's experience in accident investigation,
prevention and enforcement had allowed Tradewinds Construction to maintain
incident rates below industry standards. Paul's ability to interact effectively
with management, field personnel on safety training, work practices and
procedures has given Tradewinds Construction a higher level of safety
competency over our competitors.
